There is a crucial step that is missing or out of order. Before changing the render settings, you should apply the Cinema4D Tags> Compositing Tag to the front 2 buildings and assign them to Object Buffer 1 on the Object Buffer Tab of the Compositing Tag. Our apologies if this ended up being confusing. We will be re-editing this as soon as possible.
