Cinema 4D Text on a Spline

In this tutorial you’ll learn how to combine your Cinema 4D projects with After Effects. You will learn how to combine object buffers with external compositing tags and lights to use as emitters with Trapcode Particular in After Effects.

Updated 11/27/09 There was a problem with the editing of this tutorial, one of the steps was left out. We have re-edited it and everything is in there now. Sorry for any confusion!

Apologies on this one…apparently the editing went bad. There is a crucial step that is missing or out of order. Before changing the render settings, you should apply the Cinema4D Tags> Compositing Tag to the front 2 buildings and assign them to Object Buffer 1 on the Object Buffer Tab of the Compositing Tag. Our apologies if this ended up being confusing. We will be re-editing this as soon as possible. If you have any questions or difficulties, please send us an email at info@c4dtraining.com

Thanks for your support, patience and understanding.

    Tim

    Hey,
Thanks for this great tutorial, I am new to Cinema 4d for about 3 weeks now.
What I know, is what I found out my self, on the “who to do it” part.
But his is great, you explained it very nice and understandable. (even for me the dutch guy).
Thanks you so much, and I hope to see much and many more of those great tutorials.
    Warm Regards,

I’n new into animation and found this site. Great work Tim, I’m learning fast!

For this tutorial I need to find Scott Frizzle’s “quaker” plugin for AE. The official page from Scott seems no longer available and I could’nt find it anywhere else.

Does someone know where to find it?

    p.s. I’m using Win7 x64
